Essentially, TCG is a modern Fleet Owner with a mission: helping professional drivers move beyond the paycheck and into true truck ownership.

When you drive for TCG, you’re not just working for a settlement — you’re working toward the title in your hand. We’ll lease you onto the carrier of your choice, and while you run as a driver under TCG, you’ll receive weekly settlements that put you in control of your income.

Unlike traditional programs with confusing percentage splits or 50/50 arrangements, TCG keeps it simple: we operate on a clear, consistent weekly deduction structure. These deductions come out of your carrier settlement, and the rest goes directly to you — no surprises, no shifting percentages.
